1. Go to the EPF Command Room and accept the Field Op
2. Go to The Ski Village and Stand By the EPF and Ski Lodge
3. Complete the Mini Game and earn your medal

In this Mini Game you have to enter the x and y coordinates on where the red targets are. You have to destroy all the targets within the time limit.
